Social Golf i Mt Warren Park, Söndagen 22/3.

Report from SDU’s Golf Day 22/3/2009

We met up early in the morning at 7.30 am for a round of golf at Mt Warren Golf Club. It was great to see so many participants, both SDU members and a few invited Australians as well. We had great weather and everyone was in good spirit. When the 18th hole had been completed by all the groups, we met for a quick drink and to hear the results. There were many golfers who had more than 30 points – well done! , but most of all – congratulations to the winners on the day:

1st Prize went to Glen Williamson 43 points
2nd Prize went to Urban Johansson 42 points
3rd Prize went to Paul Carr 40 points

After the prize ceremony, most of us continued on to a bbq at Nils Lundmark’s (the new treasurer of SDU) home. It was nice to see some new faces in the group as well and next time – end of April – we hope to see even more of the SDU members.
